For every carrier there are a set of problems that have to be confronted on a daily basis:

  • The price pressures;
  • The threats regarding the quality of the routes (e.g. real time analysis of call parameters such as ASR, ACD, NER, PDD, etc.);
  • The payment risks.

In all these respects, EAD is a viable option. We do not use the phrases “state of the art quality” or “the best prices”. In fact, nobody in the industry knows exactly neither what state of the art quality is, nor what best prices means. We are not a Tier1 company but we have succeeded to transit well above 1 billion minutes per year.

Wholesale, mobile and fixed operators

  • A good price vs. quality report on a large number of routes;
  • A good capacity of offsetting traffic, in order to maximize profits or, in the case of a new, no-history relation, to manage the theoretical payment risks;
  • Access to a number of more than 50 Tier1/2 selected interconnections;
  • Permanently monitored traffic;
  • For small voice carriers, the possibility of working with Tier1 operators;
  • Access to small operators, terminating only one or a few routes with good quality, not having the financial or technical capacity to develop business with Tier1/2 operators.

 

Calling cards, MVNO operators

  • A good price vs. quality report on a large number of routes;
  • Good, advantageous payment terms and credit limits;
  • Access to  more than 50 Tier1/2 selected interconnections (of which, 15+ Tier1);
  • Permanently monitored traffic.
